In Stock items: Ship within 1-3 working days.

Preorder items:​ Ship within 14 days after each order's cut off date.
*Our cut off date is on every Monday and Friday.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?

We ship to both MALAYSIA and SINGAPORE.
What is the postage fees?

West Malaysia: RM8, free postage for orders above RM150.
-
East Malaysia: RM15, free postage for orders above RM170.

Singapore: RM30
Where can I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the title "your order is shipped". This email will show your tracking number and the courier company we used. You can click on the "track my order" button in the email to check your parcel status.
I've ordered a combination of Readystock and Preorder items. Will I receive my items separately?

Orders with a combination of preorder and readystock items will only be shipped out together once preorder items are also ready.

If you wish to send the items out separately, you may contact our customer service for special request.
Can I exchange/refund my purchased items?
