Please review our refund and return policy carefully. 

 

General Policy

  1. Items sold are final, we do not accept return/exchange due to change of mind / unfitting sizes.

  2. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  3. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

How to Initiate a Return

​

  1. Contact our customer service team via our Instagram @milky.wardrobe or the contact form on our website to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

  3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to ship the items.

  4. Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
